Are there any circumstances or needs that should be considered during your photo session? ORDERING Our studio accepts cash, checks {made out to Shawna Shenette}, and credit card payments. To make room for new clients, unordered images will be purged from our systems 60 days after your session. Ordered images will be archived in our system for 1 year for holiday cards and reorders. $100.00 minimum is required on all reorders. Print orders will not be processed until full payment is received. Payment plans are available upon request. DIGITAL IMAGES Any digital images purchased must provide proper credit to Shawna Shenette Photography when used online. Printing, copying, downloading or scanning images without written consent is strictly prohibited. MODEL RELEASE I give permission to Shawna Shenette Photography to use the images or variation of the images from this session for publication in advertising materials, websites, blogs, portfolios, displays, or any other promotional methods for Shawna Shenette Photography with out compensation. I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, and written copy or finished product. I am of full legal age or am the legal guardian for the below named participants and have read and fully understand the terms. COPYRIGHT The Federal Copyright Law protects copyright. It is unlawful to copy or scan any images without permission of the photographer. In order to control the quality of the work produced, the photographer is the only one who can crop, modify, order any image produced at this photo session. The photographer retains the copyright and ownership of all images of the photo session and reserves the right to reproduce images for portfolio, studio display, gallery display, website, self-promotion, photo contests, etc. * * * I agree We want to know!
