Marianapolis Senior Photographer | Senior Portraits Massachusetts

When Emily first contacted me, she mentioned that she loved the beach and how much she would love to have her Senior Portraits taken on the beach. Since we are in Massachusetts, we obviously chose Cape Cod! I was in HEAVEN with this request! Yes, the beach is a bit of travel for me, BUT I was all for it! So, me and my makeup artist, Kenzie, hopped in the car one beautiful afternoon and started to drive down to the Cape for Emily's photo session. Well, on the way down, lots of dark clouds started forming and droplets of rain started hitting the windshield, but the sky seemed to still be blue towards the direction of the Cape. We decided to continue our trip...until we ran into a huge traffic back-up for miles and miles and miles. Apparently, we forgot that One Direction was in town, and our route to the Cape was the exact same route for all of the screaming fans going to the concert.

After sitting in traffic for almost 90 minutes and moving about 3 miles, we decided we weren't going to make it to the beach with enough light left for Emily's session, and we ended up rescheduling. :(

In my personal and professional opinion, though, we definitely did the right thing because look at these AMAZING photos that were the end result! I love the beach; I love Senior Photo Sessions; and I love it even more when both are combined!
